 For me, it is the “truth” of the matter.  When I was making my switch, I was offered many great tools that any seasoned agent would love to have in their toolbox. To this day, they are all still very much available and even more have been added.  FAH is the only brokerage I have ever been with!  They "nurtured" me as a newbie and have continued to do so over the years!  Samantha and Nicole are ALWAYS available to answer questions, provide guidance,and  support  (and sometimes "tough love!) while giving us freedom to run our businesses "our way".

Being that I am not the type to Brokerage Hop, it means a lot to me to find the right fit.  I prefer a brokerage that feels like home!  And I have found just that!  Not only are we like family, my broker cares about me as if I were family.  To find a Broker that ACTUALLY cares is a rarity.  She is always there no matter what I need. 

That is just one thing I love about Fabulous Aiken Homes.  Where else can you find a brokerage with minimal fees!!  She offers so much to us and covers it all! Literally the only thing I pay for is my dues.  NO OTHER brokerage offers what she does! To be backed by not only a Transaction Coordinator, but a Sign Installer, an MLS admin, Digital Creator of Ads, and so much more just allows me MORE time to concentrate on building my business.  It takes some of the stress out of the equation.  She truly cares about us succeeding.
