- From day one, our Brokerage works to serve our agents! As an agent, you do not acquire the title of President or Vice President by production you are the PRESIDENT regardless of the production.
- As an independent contractor, YOU are the President and CEO of YOUR BRAND! We know every agent and their brand is as unique as the houses they sell. At FAH we make no attempt to make agents conform to OUR brand our team wants you to grow grow your brand to support your business UNLIKE other brokerages that want to be front and center leaving agents to constantly take the back seat to the brokerage.
- We encourage each agent to grow as organically as they choose. FAH simply serves as the portal to let that happen, by providing back-office support and resources. After all we have been agents with many other brokerages knew we could do BETTER at meeting agents needs.
How It Works

- We supply you with Boomtown CRM, and give each agent their own individual website!
- We supply you with a platform for buyer and seller leads, marketing material and signs, riders, mailing, postage, E&O insurance, broker compliance, contract software, MLS administration, transaction coordinator, listing photos, testimonials, and an office environment when you need it.
- What you supply is the team or single agent and the go build business energy to prospect and create your for your business and get paid A BETTER SPLIT while doing it.
